Yamabushi Dojo

Yamabushi Dojo is situated in Wainuiomata, Wellington New Zealand.  It teaches Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate, Kobudo, Nihon Jujitsu.  Taught as separate disciplines they also have a strong connection to the Indigenous Māori Martial traditions in particular the Taiaha (long club) and Patu (short club) the Dojo Kancho is Tuari Dawson Sensei Kyoshi 7th Dan Goju Ryu Karate Do. The Dojo itself is a private one, but welcomes visitors to come and train.
